Thrilled with sale price

Guy and Josie are a team and whilst Guy got the ball moving by getting the Agency Agreement in place, he then took scheduled leave and passed the ball to Josie who finished the deal before Guy returned. From signing the Agency agreement to contract exchange was less than a week and the selling price was more than expected. What more can I say.
