Moroccan 311

Penelope was very helpful and responsive leading up to settlement however was less responsive in the week or so after settlement to resolve some minor issues. The previous owner (Craig) was very frustrated due to lack of responsiveness from Penelope but issues were resolved quickly once direct communication was established between us and Craig.
