A great experience with Guy and his team

I cannot state strongly enough how much I recommend Guy and his team. I live in Highgate Hill (Brizzy) and was selling the old family home in Southport, so there was a lot of emotion tied up in this for me. Well, Guy and Josie were keen and reassuring from the first day I met them — and meeting them was a lovely experience. I knew/felt right from the get-go that I had nothing to worry about, leaving everything in their capable and experienced hands, and so it proved. They were a pleasure to communicate with the whole time. Guy is personable, good natured, thoughtful, motivated … I could go on, but I'll run out of positive adjectives. I was kept up to date right the way through. I felt more like I was part of their team than just some client with something to sell. The house sold with no fuss, no hiccups, and for a remarkable price, AND in no time at all. It was a great experience. I know Guy and the team understood how much the place meant to me, and it was obvious how much work was being done every day to get the house out there in the market. I'd also like to remark that Robert was excellent running the auction, and Maddie looked after all the paperwork for me (I'm rubbish at paperwork). Do not hesitate to go with Guy, or even think about another agent; you can’t possibly have a better experience with anyone else.
