We had a brief conversation with Garry about the type of home and lifestyle we were looking for in Maudsland and immediately he knew the property for us. He is such an area specialist that he was able to arrange for us to view an off market home that ticked all of our boxes. Garry was open, honest and communicated clearly both ours and the sellers expectations and was able to successfully negotiate a deal that progressed to settlement without any complications. We will forever be thankful to Garry for being so good at what he does that we are now spending our first Christmas in our dream home.
