Genuinely impressed

I had huge reservations to sell my apartment but also wanted to take advantage of the current sale climate at its all time high. I had been in contact with Nic a few times prior to biting the bullet to put it on the market and every time I spoke to Nic, I never felt pressure from him to do so. He was extremely understanding and answered all the questions I had so I could make a fully informed decision. His calm and patient sale strategy works. Never did I feel he had a 'pushy or forceful' attitude, unlike some agents who love to harass and make you feel you need to decide on the spot! This is one lesson I learned a few years back that another agent who worked for a very well renowned and established angency, with whom I engaged with, was new to the game and lost me the sale due to her lack of knowledge for something as simple as a signing procedure.
