Genuinely impressed

I had huge reservations to sell my apartment but also wanted to take advantage of the current sale climate at its all time high. I had been in contact with Nic a few times prior to biting the bullet to put it on the market and every time I spoke to Nic, I never felt pressure from him to do so. He was extremely understanding and answered all the questions I had so I could make a fully informed decision. Once I made the choice to go ahead, Nic had very fair commission and advertising rates compared to other agents in the area. It was smooth sailing from there and he handled every step of the process in a a very professional, caring and considerate nature. Throughout the entire process Nic always kept me informed and updated on how we were tracking with interest and I felt very confident that Nic was trying his absolute best to get the price we desired for the sale. His calm and patient sale strategy works. Never did I feel he had a 'pushy or forceful' attitude, unlike some agents who love to harass and make you feel you need to decide on the spot! Nic alongside his colleagues at Harcourts are very on the ball with the procedures and processes in relation to buying and selling. This is one lesson I learned a few years back that another agent who worked for a very well renowned and established angency, with whom I engaged with, was new to the game and lost me the sale due to her lack of knowledge for something as simple as a signing procedure.
