Not happy!

Make sure everything is in writing (he appears to prefer verbal communication so no record) & double check everything thoroughly! Not only did Stuart accept our offer based on certain conditions for the purchase of our new property, he then failed to include these conditions in the contract as requested and as supplied by our solicitor. Once contract was signed he then changed his story stating said conditions would never have been agreed to by solicitors anyway. We left our home interstate early based on the understanding that these conditions would be accepted and then found ourselves essentially homeless with 3 kids and pets for a period of around 6 weeks and he just didn’t seem to care. We feel this shows a clear lack of integrity and professionalism. Furthermore, we barely heard from him again once contract was signed and from about 1 week out from settlement onwards never heard directly from him again at all. Definitely would not recommend him.
