Where can I start.... I chose Nikki as she is the number 1 agent in my area and really seemed to be selling the most properties for great prices. My sale process got started nice and smoothly with Nikki giving great tips on styling and presentation for my house, the photos and video were amazing and we only did 3 open homes which was fabulous. The buyers were not easy to deal with and Nikki even came out to an unexpected inspection on New Years Day! How many agents would do that? Not many I bet. During the paperwork and contract process, I was guided through by her team and it was great to have someone to call and answer any questions I had. Nikki recommended trades to me to do a few little jobs that were needed with the sale and this was done quickly and efficiently. The settlement day was a little frantic due to buyers requests, but again Nikki went the extra mile to make sure that it all went ahead smoothly and I could not have a single fault to say about her professionalism, friendly manner and her absolute local expertise! I would highly recommend her as an agent in the area, she really surpassed herself and got the job done.
