I stand alone on a big block, I can accommodate 2 cars and the golf buggy, I have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a powder room for the guests, I have a fabulous north facing view and I catch loads of sunlight, I am in a prized location, I have room for a pool but with the Country Club not far away, you need not make it a priority and you can always toddle up to the Hotel pool for a lazy poolside afternoon. I am highly desirable so hurry along and see me in case you miss out, as once someone discovers me they will move fast. Excellent result just days after listing
