It was a pleasure working with Glenys Pitkin from Harcourts Coastal. On our first interview I could tell that she would be the perfect match for me to be able to work with to help sell my home, and that her experience and knowledge of Sanctuary Cove and the area were invaluable to finding me the perfect buyer. Glenys has many contacts and obviously networks and listens and hears what's going on in the area, which is a great advantage. Most importantly, she understands her clients' needs and is sympathetic to these. Her aim is to make that perfect match-up of seller and buyer. She did this with record timing of about 8 weeks. As the James Bond film says, "Never say Never". She could have been a Bond Girl!
