Sale of property

Teana was very knowlegable and professional in the dealings I had with her. Although I was overseas whilst my property was up for sale Teana gave me frequent updates. When a contract was offered Teana sent me emails and although I was having a few issues at the internet shop she assisted my through all of the procedures.

Professional

Matt viewed my property and gave me an estimated selling price. I requested x amount of dollars in my bank account after all the fees. He even bettered my amount. There where also a couple of issues involved in obtaining the required pool and fire alarms certificates. Matt arranged for those to be obtained as I was overseas when the issues arised. Thanks Matt
