Stress Free, Easy to Deal With, Great Agent

I had 3 seperate agents come out and pitch me. All were great and had varied costs associated with marketing the property. James had the same opinions as myself in what I believed was needed and what was not. Because of this the costs were lower than the other proposals. The other meetings were incredibly professional, which I liked. James however was professionals but also more importantly to me, personable. I believed that most buyers were like me and would trust James more because of this. The whole process was seamless and weirdly stress free. My home sold in just over a week and above our expected price, nestling almost on our 'unrealistic goal' price. I heard selling your home was stressful! I guess the moving is the worst part.
