Great result despite COVID19

After a strong first week of open houses, the campaign was affected by the COVID19 lockdown. However, despite these difficult and unprecedented circumstances with buyer interest dropping off at a worrying pace, Alex managed to achieve a sales result that left us not only relieved to have sold at all, but actually more than happy. I believe this was largely due to Alex' excellent ability to understand, and adapt to, changing market environments and buyer behaviour. His interpretations and proposed actions to adjust the campaign were spot on every single time. Communication was flawless and very friendly throughout the campaign.
