Honest and professional

David was great to work with right from our first meeting. He provided an accurate appraisal of our property and gave good insight into the current state of the property market in our area. He was honest about what improvements should be made to the property before any photos or inspections take place, some of the alterations were only subtle but I feel did make a difference in how the property presented. Throughout the campaign, David was in constant contact with us in regards to how he was going with potential buyers and what the general feedback was from the people that had come through the property at open inspections. We would definitely use David again for any future property sales, we highly recommend him.
