I highly recommend Stephanie Zerial. Steph is a personable and attentive agent. She is goal-oriented and works diligently to achieve a sale. Steph has a very good understanding of house values in Stanmore and surrounds having lived in the community for most/all of her life. Steph worked with my preference for an off-market sale. She recommended minor repairs that could assist a sale, and efficiently coordinated that work. During the short off-market period, Steph used her network to get a good number of groups through the property, with first and second viewings resulting in a very good outcome.
