Calm, Cheerful and Competent

We had the pleasure of working with Peter Gordon and his team in selling our waterfront Birchgrove home recently. We had selected Peter on the basis of his knowledge and experience of property sales on the Balmain peninsular but more importantly because we sensed that he would make the process as low stress as possible. Our perception was well founded, Peter was very calm during the whole marketing and auction process. His communication was excellent but not overdone. Peter gave excellent advice when needed and his judgement was, in our case at least, proven correct every time. His ready smile and relaxed manner belied a dedicated work ethic.
