I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Lochlan to aid in any residential property sale. With Tim Wieland they are indeed a formidable team that communicate openly, identify the right buyers and achieve the very best market price. I only noted a 4-star negotiation (instead of 5) for Lochlan as in the case of this house, the negotiations were primarily handled by Tim Wieland.
