Honest, transparent & full service agent

George and his team were extremely proactive from the beginning, and while we did not begin the sale process until many months after first meeting them, by the time we did go ahead we were already clear on the things that needed to be done pre sale. While George and his team are there to sell your house, they offer a full end to end service. This means they can not only guide you through all the suggested improvements pre sale, but also facilitate these with their contacts (if you wish). We had a timeframe in mind for the sale process, and a week after agreeing to work with George there was a contractor on site undertaking the necessary works that we had agreed to. This allowed us to focus on our own things and not the house sale - which encompasses much more than simply bringing in a buyer. This allowed us a much quicker and very smooth time to market had we tried to arrange all of these things ourselves. Brooke on their team is specifically there to ensure this entire process is a complete success and is laser focused on the delivery of that. In terms of the sale, George and his colleague Deb were happy to spend time to discuss the ins and outs of their approach and strategy. We chose to go with their recommendations in what could be described as funny market conditions, in order to get the best result. While we did that, we naturally had various concerns and questions along the sales process, they were happy to discuss in detail all of these things as we needed it. While George is happy to put in a lot of effort to communicate transparently what he is doing, I can see there is a lot more going on behind the scenes to negotiate and secure a suitable buyer. At the pointy end of the process, George provided his recommendations on proposed approach which we accepted. We had stated our expectations on price, which was exceeded by George with the successful buyer. Ultimately the sale generated a considerable return on investment for which we were very pleased!
