Ridiculous
Moved into a filthy house, didn't give me all the keys needed so got locked out of my new home, had to call an afterhours locksmith which they are refusing to reimburse stating I needed written permission to access my own home, which if it wasn't the weekend wouldnt of been a problem. Have multiple agents emailing without clear indications of who actually is the property manager. Absolutely a joke of a real estate that doesn't care at all about their clients.

Hi Taylor, please note rusted, scuff mark or age is not a cleaning issue. You have a set of key to gain access to the property with one of the door, but you chose not to use that door and the legislation has made it very clear the only time you can get a lock smith out there if you can't get access or can't secured the property. Your property manage has made it very clear who is your property manager at the time of sign up and when you pick up the key in our office.
