Disgusted!

We didn't choose them. Our agents changed hands and we were transferred over. They charged us an extra $1.25 per week on top of the rent for the payment method; not giving us any other payment choice. 13 years in the same house and when we left, we bond cleaned and did pest control and they still kept our $1300 bond! Stating cleaning needed! Ever heard of general wear and tear? Maintenance requests were ignored unless they were an emergency or threat. Avoid if you want your bond back!
