Zahir is a well-dressed, friendly and well meaning young real estate agent. As an agent who is probably only new to the game, but he would do well to thoroughly research his properties and the areas that they are being sold in.

Selling of 1612/55 Railway Terrae

First off, I would sincerely like to Thanks Zahir for hi sersonal efforts and time and old fashione dhardwork in securing a sale fo rmy property which was above my baseline cut off. The actaul reason I selected Zahir was he was the only person to reply back to me 6 months earlier just for a generl enquiry, alll other agents merely dismissed my general enquiry with no gurantee of a contract to sell. Once I re-connected with Zahir this year, he was very upfront and listened to my thoughts and worked together to achieve the results we were after. Zahir worked really hard, very ambitious visited my house multiple times which was a substantial distance form his residence.
