The journey with Coco Ma, Toni and the entire team has been extremely happy and successful. Despite the challenges of listing our beloved home on the market for the 2nd time within 6 months, Coco made the process so smooth, uplifting and rewarding. Our stylist, Bella, did an amazing job with the staging. We received high praise and compliments from all prospective buyers. Our auctioneer, Jeremy, was instrumental in creating a buzz and delivering an awesome price. He was amazing, methodical and absolutely highly recommended. Toni was the ultimate professional, so calm, friendly and respectful. He updated us regularly and provided valuable advice throughout the process. Plus his dressing style is very admirable. The team’s marketing and communication ensured we started off with a bang for the 1st open. This continued throughout the campaign with new groups coming on each and every open. Coco assured us that she would treat this as a personal project. Being the biggest property on her portfolio, she went above and beyond our expectations.
