Seamless transition by Alina

We have been with CoCo for a while with our other property. Alina Morse really knows her stuff. We're from inter state and recently bought a property in the Logan area. Property needed quite a few things fixed up before being ready for tenants which Alina sequenced and orchestrated to minimise costs. Further, she was able to secure tenants quickly with a good weekly rental amount.
