Communication needs to be improved.

Disappointed in the over estimating of the market price at listing and my estimate was much closer to the achieved price. This indicated the market was misunderstood. Very disappointed in the lack of verbal communication. Weekly computer generated stats did not tell us what type of inquiry was being made or how much work to generate inquiry was being made. The online advertisement was incorrect in that it said a single carport whereas the property had a double carport. Karli was very pleasant to talk to but lacked personalising the sale process.
