A pleasure to deal with

As we'd been looking for a home to buy for a while we had come to know Karli from a couple of open homes we attended. Unlike other agents she never pushed the collection of contact details or followed us around asking for our thoughts, which we really liked! Throughout the process of the sale Karli was always prompt in replying to our messages or emails, regardless of the time of day or night. She was a great channel of communication between ourselves and the owners, which was really appreciated, as often trying to communicate through solicitors can be time consuming and tedious. Additionally, we really appreciated Karli's communication style. She was warm, friendly, responsive and personable and never made us feel stupid asking all our first-home-buyer-questions but instead was incredible supportive in helping us navigate what was, at times, a daunting and confusing process!
