Approachable & engaging

Though Karli was great over all, making herself readily accessible by email or text all hrs Price specific The sale add stated offers over $329 And our offer was met with a frankly ridiculous response From our perspective we believe Karli did her best to negotiate with the vendor but considering the condition of unit we do know/feel we paid more than it’s value we did d have a tight time line so further searching & waiting wasn’t really an option What was unnecessarily stressful is gaining access to property we had purchased and that was being managed by Hardcourt rental team to date important necessary measurements and such We feel it was made far more difficult than it frankly ought to have been Aside from significantly out of date Body Corp documentation such as Statements & Insurance Certificates that prolonged contract signings overall we believe she did a great job and would certainly consider her services should we wish to sell
