A luck I always have when Karli helps find a good deal

This is my 5th property transactions with Karli. Bought 3 properties with her, sold 2 including this latest sale. Somehow, we always find luck in the end although it seemed hitting a roadblock. Karli works hard and not rare that we were talking late after work hours.
