Unfortunately I don't think Adam knew the house as much as he should of and Qs we asked at the time of purchase proved to be incorrect We were left in a situation where the property was filthy nothing worked and a whole lot of extra expense I know this is not entirely Adams fault I feel if he knew this house a little better and the overall things that were with it we would have been better informed my suggestion would be if you are not 100% sure about a Q being asked don't make the answer up we have had the solar company chasing us for money and every thing else from dodgy toilet systems to a useless washing machine left in the kitchen Saying yes to get the sale might be good for that one but it want get the potential many after it
