Paul demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism and completely disrespectful.

My first encounter with Paul was a phone call the day before settlement - I had been dealing with another agent who I had my sales agreement with. It has now been confirmed that Paul had been showing people through my property without my knowledge by contacting the tenant directly. He was rude and arrogant on the phone but even worse in person. On our first meeting at the property, he did not even have the decency to greet me. His response when I asked him about his behaviour being inappropriate and was he always like this was " You either like it or lump it - I'm even this way to my wife". If I had met Paul Fitzpatrick before I had signed up to Coffs Coast Real Estate, there is no way I would have gone with the company - He also displayed clear disrespect towards those in the education sector, with rude and derogatory comments. Completely unprofessional in both attitude and communication.
