Amazing Service from start until the end of the sale

I had the pleasure work with Tom Penfold and Simon Cohen during the process of purchasing our family home. Tom helped us negotiate the house and went above and beyond to support us not only during the negotiation but also during several admin tasks related to the process (pre settlement inspections, settlement dates and last minutes changes triggered by us). Tom did everything with a smile and great manners. Simon always supported us when necessary during the negotiation and communication as well. Most of my properties were either bought with Cohen and/or are managed by them, the whole team is A class and I highly recommend
