The perfect agent

Hey guys, long story short, i bought a unit 3 years ago and David was the real estate agent, he was very clear and percise with all the details and happy to explain anything i was unsure of plus was happy to go the extra mile and offer 2nd tour if wanted, was veryyyyy efficent and helpful on getting the place bought and paperwork signed and was able to move in very quickly. 3 years later i decided to sell that unit and the first person that came to mine was David, he offer a really good pricing to sell the unit and again went above and beyond in the sale/walk throughs/advertising and communicated absolutly every step to keep me assured and it the loop was very greatful, the place was sold super fast and for a great price and even went beyond selling my old place to give great advice on finding a new one. I couldnt not recommend David enough, he is a 10/10 agent with my 2 deals im so happy it was with David Coldham, if i ever sell my new place i will 100% be calling him again.
