The portfolio comprises combined approximately 687* hectares of land, including around 196* hectares of established orchards supported by integrated packing, cold storage and logistics infrastructure at both Batlow and Stanthorpe locations.
Batlow - The aggregation totals 356* hectares with 67* hectares of established and developing orchards producing premium apple varieties including Cosmic Crisp, Kanzi, Rosy Glow and Jazz.
Stanthorpe The aggregation totals approximately 331* hectares with over 129* hectares of mature orchards located within Queensland as well as NSW's premier apple growing districts.
The enterprise benefits from diversified varietal exposure, secure and diversified water infrastructure, extensive netting, ongoing orchard redevelopment and identified future expansion land. Integrated packing and processing facilities across both locations provide substantial on-site grading, storage and distribution capability, supporting an efficient orchard-to-market operation.
"Batlow apples" is a nationally recognised Australian produce brand with established supply relationships with major retailers and a long-standing reputation for premium quality fresh produce. The portfolio is offered either in one line or as separate assets.
