Louise and Liam

We have not met Dominic but our dealings with Louise were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had were answered promptly by text. If Louise couldn’t be at any appt we had Liam was there and it was also a pleasure dealing with him. They were both very friendly and professional. There is a memory which will always stay with us and it’s the day we took possession of 42 Cawdor Rd. Liam met us at the house at the time stipulated. We were worried we wouldn’t get here on time but kept in touch by text as we were travelling. He was so obliging and never made us feel pressured to be there on time. I hadn’t been well for a few weeks and my husband and I were exhausted in fact I was close to tears when we arrived. Not only was Liam here with a huge friendly smile on his face but there was a beautiful welcome ribbon on the front door. When we got inside there was an amazing welcome gift and bottle of bubbly with a card from Colliers. I really had to fight to keep it together. It absolutely made our day not to mention so unexpected. Liam stayed and talked with us for an hour or so filling us in on the area and giving us so much local information. We can’t speak highly enough of Colliers and of course Louise and Liam. Thank you both very much. It was a really smooth process from start to finish.

Listens to what your needs are and focus's on the sale price that 'you' want. Not sell at any price just to get a sale. He explains everything and guides you through in layman terms and will not expect you to 'sign up a contract' at the first meeting without you having the benefit of some research. He and Louise were at the top of their game. They actively followed-up potential buyers and gave honest feedback to us.
