Quick sale in tough market

Working with Caleb was great as he was always candor with his comments from the initial discussion about how long will it sell, pricing that he is confident and how should we approach the market, where it was a bit slow considering the continuous RBA rate rises. In the end, we sell our property above our expectation and only with a couple of viewing. The overall process were done in less than a month. We will definitely work with him again in future.
