Adriano was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the get-go

We had the pleasure of meeting Adriano at his listing in Percheron Way Clyde north. We fell in love with the home as soon as we walked in the door, we knew it would be the home for myself and my partner. This would be our first house together as a couple. The first meeting we could tell he was an agent that had done his homework on this property, he knew everything about it, the way it was presented was as if it was new, we could tell that he had worked with the vendors to get the best price possible, and he did. Adriano was easy to deal with, there were no hassles, stress free, it made buying through him a great experience. Excellent Agent and very professional at all times

Adriano was always a pleasure to deal with, he was honest and reliable in his approach to getting the best outcome for our property. He made some suggestions of how to achieve the best result, the first one being, going to Auction instead of private sale. The Auction proved to be a very successful one and did exceed our expectations. Also, maximising the house's potential by making it look more attractive to buyers but not overcapitalising. He has a team of professionals' if you so choose to assist with whatever you need to make the house more marketable. Personally, we had some painting, styling and minimal landscaping done from his wonderful Team, which we were very happy with at a reasonable cost. The house looked so lovely, fresh and beautiful in no time. This made a big difference to the value of the property. Throughout the marketing campaign, Adriano worked diligently, the advertising was great, and we loved the professional photos and video by Adriano. He was always punctual at every open, even though he had to travel further out and worked late nights. He would always keep us informed after every open and if any interest had been shown on the day by a prospective buyer, then he would always follow up and keep in touch with any prospective buyer. When it came to the Auction, he was brilliant. We sold on that day and within a four week period with a fantastic outcome. We were very happy with Adriano from the start, he was always lovely, honest and patient to deal with and certainly had a best interests at heart.
