Having had dealings with a large number of agents, both buying and selling, over many years, I would rate Darrin in the top 3, and a long way above the majority of those who call themselves agents. Most are talkers, with little knowledge, low levels of professionalism and service, who give the impression they are in the industry for a short, profitable time, rather than a long term career.
