Mixed experience - few excellent agents, but communication and follow-through can improve

My experience has been mixed depending on the property manager or agent I dealt with. Some team members were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and I appreciated the effort they put into resolving issues and maintaining communication. There are definitely some very capable agents within the team who provided good service and handled matters efficiently. However, there were also times where responses felt slow, and I had to follow up multiple times on matters that had already been discussed previously. In some situations, I felt that feedback or concerns raised earlier were not fully considered, which could be frustrating as a landlord. At times, I also felt decisions or recommendations did not always reflect the landlord’s best interests. Overall, the experience hasn’t been consistently negative or positive. It has largely depended on the individual agent involved. With more consistent communication, better follow-through, and stronger attention to landlord concerns, the service could improve significantly.
