FANTASTIC AUCTION

This was my first time to sell at Auction. I was very nervous. I originally picked Jim to sell my property based on seeing his face on other listings that he had sold in the area. From the first contact on the phone Jim was so helpful and informative. I was extremely nervous about the whole process and not knowing what my property was worth, Jim gave me the confidence of what it could reach and assured me he would do everything possible to achieve the best result. I wasn't living at the property and was many kms away. So every contact with Jim was on phone and email. Every hurdle or something I didn't understand, he was there to help. Even giving advice how to prepare the property for photos and best advertising strategies. Linking with local people. Many times Jim was an assuring voice, when I was worried about things that I didn't understand and he also was a great help in the advice of a new property I was looking to buy and helped with that successful negotiation. He also helped me source a local conveyancer. I wasn't able to attend the Auction due to illness, so Jim arranged for me to listen by phone and everything went extremely well. I couldn't have achieved this next step in my life without Jim's help. I finally got to meet Jim on the week of settlement, 6 months after I had first called and talked about the possibility of selling and a future possible date. Through the whole process Jim was so helpful and professional. If I had another property to sell I would ask Jim straight away.
