Selling through Brad La Master

After trying to sell through another agent for over 2 years with no luck I decided to do some research and found the right person through Cooke Property. Then when that person left I was given the opportunity to work with Brad. Initially I was thinking to change agents again but thought to give Brad the opportunity first. Once Brad got to know our expectations he worked with us and kept his communication at a high level through the entire process. Every lead, every call and email was presented to us in the way if a detailed report. Having tenants whilst trying to sell always has challenges but Brad’s communication to them was the key keeping them up to date of any progress. I would recommend selling again through Brad.
