Easy to Deal With

I have no other property managers to compare with. However, during the last 18 months I have found their communication open, prompt, and informative. I find the property managers friendly andaccomodating. There are regular emails, but not so many they are annoying, keeping me informed regarding market opportunities and changes to tenancy laws. With my investment property it has been set and forget, ie, minimal, if any, interupution to day to day life. I'm happy to have Cooper and Cooper as my property manager.
