Great communication and very responsive with follow up

Being new to the rental market I found it a pretty daunting experience particularly under the current rental crisis. Cooper and Cooper were very good assisting me to complete all required paperwork to submit an application for a unit they had on their books. The viewing was on schedule and with quite a few people attending I was uncertain how my application would be considered. Cooper and Cooper were extremely timely in their response that I was the success! Hooray!! Being an older property I have needed to reach out for some minor repairs and I am very happy with their timeliness in attending to these matters. Thanks Team
