Good communication and kind customer service
Our real estate agent has been amazing. She is very quick with responses and very kind and understanding. Unfortunately the property itself had a lot more maintenance issues than expected upon move in, which the agent has been very prompt in responding to. It would have been nice if a more thorough maintenance check and repair was conducted prior to the previous tenants leaving. With this being our only concern, we can’t fault the real estate with how they’ve handled each situation.

Hi Katie Marie Collins,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! I’m really glad to hear that you’ve been happy with the communication and service provided.
I completely understand how frustrating unexpected maintenance issues can be, particularly when you’re settling into a new home. As we were not managing the property prior to you moving in, there can understandably be some initial maintenance and teething issues that come to light.
Our focus is on addressing these as quickly and efficiently as possible and making the process as easy as we can for you.
Please feel free to reach out anytime if there is anything else I can assist you with. Your comfort in your new home is very important to us!
