Spot On Agency.

My wife and I went to Darwin in early January of this year for a short holiday with the intention of purchasing a Unit in Town, if we found one that suited us. Upon arrival we went to a couple of the 'Larger Agencies'. We felt as if we were being treated like 'Tyre Kickers' by them with little or no interest to our inquiry. We were somewhat put off by the experience and were going to Can the whole idea. Fortunately we went for a drive around town and saw a Core Realty sign on the balcony of a unit in Larrakeyah. We contacted Nikki and she took us through the property the next morning. Nikki was very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is very honest, relaxed and at no time did she make us feel like we were under any pressure to make a decision. We returned to Sydney, checked our finances and went over our options. We spoke to Nikki several times by phone and after a couple of negotiations that Nikki handled with the vendor we subsequently decided to purchase the property. (It was the only property we had actually had a good look at and been inside). In all honesty if it hadn't been for Nikki's demeanour I doubt very much we would have made the purchase. Nikki kept us informed during the sale process, took some more photo's of the property and even did the Pre Settlement Inspection for us. Nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend Core Realty to anyone thinking of Buying, Selling, Leasing, Renting or Property Management in Darwin. Job well done Nikki.
