Trustworthy

Not a single request we made of Micah went unchecked for more than a few hours (even when he was on leave) and every time we had a concern or even something to complain about we genuinely felt Micah understood us and went above and beyond to help us resolve whatever was going on, from helping us connect our electricity to a breakdown in communication with previous tenants on notice to move out, this issue that even our solicitors refused to help us on Micah was able to resolve within 12 hours. I’m sure that the gift cards and the wine he gave us are standard but nonetheless we greatly appreciated them, what we didn’t expect was him checking up on us after the move and even shouting us dinner after a long and stressful day Being first home buyers we were both very concerned and confused about the whole process but felt very comforted in knowing Micah was there to help in whatever capacity he could, it’s not common to think of real estate agents to be “trustworthy” or even “helpful” but that was definitely how we would describe the experience we had. If you are buying a house and see this gentleman's name as the agent, just know you'll have a very well spoken, nicely dressed and attentive man who genuinely cares about your experience and takes great pleasure in providing good old fashioned customer service
