Couldn't be happier!

We used Simon to list and sell an investment property for us. Simon was one of four agents we considered using but ultimately was the one we felt most comfortable with and whose all round knowledge, approach and fees represented what we were looking for in an agent. To say the least, we weren't disappointed. Simon had provided us with a potential sales price range which, in the end, he exceeded. He communicated proactively with us throughout the process, never leaving us wondering 'What's going on??'. He did a great job of working respectfully with the on-site property manager (the unit was in a gated community) and with the tenants so as to ensure a smooth process leading up to and including the listing of the property. In the end, the property was listed for 4 days before the first inspection after which we received 5 serious offers. Ultimately, the final offer well and truly exceeded our original expectations. Simon also recommended a conveyancer (this was our first property sale in QLD) who we were also very happy with. Pleasant to deal with, effective, professional and achieved more than was expected. Not too much to complain about really!! :-) We'll definitely be using Simon again. Can't recommend him highly enough.
