Great communication and follow up skills

I called Samantha and requested an early inspection as I wanted another property in that area. Samantha fitted in with my request and was very helpful. I have struck many agents who , when I express a request to make an offer suggest I put in an expression of interest or worse still give they prefer to give the vendor a verbal offer, however Samantha agreed to put my offer in writing immediately and closely followed up negotiations until we agreed on a price . She was always available and promptly returned calls. It was a refreshing change from how many agents are so off handed in the current market. As a consequence I settled the property in 3 weeks. I highly recommend.
