Keen, Enthusiastic Young Man

I found Josh to be a keen enthusiastic young man who would employ a conscientious effort towards the task he was set. On all occasions he was polite & courteous & kept his cool during some very difficult situations. He was also up against it as @ the time the selling market was lousy but he still continued to try to get the best price possible. He went far & beyond to make the sale as easy for the seller as he could & often went out of his way to ensure this. I am sure that this young man has a very bright future ahead of him & I know he will continue to always give the client his "best shot". He is a shining light in an industry which is full of shadowy persons as I discovered that the Real Estate industry is full & overflowing of charlatans & people who could not find honesty if it were right in front of them Let's hope your company nurtures this young man & that he remains untainted by those around him.
