Very helpful and active agent

Jillian impressed me by being extremely communicative and being available after hours - even working on weekends. She was also very patient and active in reminding me when I'd forgotten something. She under-delivered on sale price; I suspect she may have knowingly over-promised to attract my custom, which is fair enough - other agents were more circumspect about my chances in that price range so of course, I did not use them. I have factored this into "market knowledge," because there is no real appropriate criterion here. Administratively, she is impossible to fault and handled every issue impeccably. Overall I recommend Jillian and rate her highly.
