5 stars are not enough

Oh gosh what would I have done without Richard? As a first-time seller who approached this whole business confused & stressed out, my appreciation of his deft & confident handling of the whole matter can't be expressed well enough. After open houses and other milestones I never once had to chase up information as he checked-in like clockwork afterwards - and every few days besides - to let me know how things were going, and he constantly kept my doubts in check and let me know he had my back. Along the way he interpreted how the market was reacting to my sale in terms I could understand and evolved the strategy that was soon successful. And what a fierce negotiator when closing the deal! I would've turned into a puddle on the receiving end of that conversation, let alone achieve his outstanding result; utterly outside my skill set. Now that I'm on the buying side of the market I'm being exposed to many other companies & their agents selling other people's properties; after my experience with Richard it makes more than a few of their efforts seem very lackadaisical by comparison. You don't want to end up with one of those wet rags handling your life-changing decision: if you're selling, the first mistake you could make is not contacting Richard Hain.
