Amazing Experience

I contacted Lance to sell this property after getting online and looking for an agent with good reviews, and because he sold this property to us 10 years ago! Lance and Louise were amazing. While living in another state, Lance and Louise helped us get the property ready for sale (organising quotes, tradies, stylists). Lance even frequently went to the house to make sure that the newly laid turf was watered!! We also moved overseas during the sale process, and they definitely helped to reduce the stress of the situation! The marketing of the open house was exceptional, with 37 people attending the open house, and a contract signed the following day. Lance always kept me in the loop, even keeping me up to date during the holiday period.
