Michael Kingston

I was impressed at the initiative Michael showed at our first meeting. He respected the fact that I was a novice at selling and understood that this can be an anxious time for the seller. He was always available to give advice and was aware of and respectful of my concerns about the selling process. He communicated with the buyer keeping in mind my objectives regarding the timeline and price for the sale. He always exhibited a positive attitude regarding the success outcome of a sale and explained his selling strategy. Michael communicated daily to keep me 'in the selling loop'. The result was a successful outcome for all.
